asker what are you doing to lose weight? and how much have you lost so far? I read your reasons for doing it and i feel exactly the same xx

i’m going to the gym every day unless i’m too busy, i do about 30 mins of cardio and my flatmate taught me some core stuff so now i’ll be doing that when my muscles aren’t so sore. 

i’m not using scales, its a dangerous road for me, i get too obsessed and it ruins my digestive system as i’ve learnt from passed experiences. i’m eating pulses, protein and tons of vegetables, i’m not drinking fizzy drinks unless its diet coke, they were my biggest vice ever. 

i’ve dropped a dress size in just over a week, so what i’m doing is working, which is always a good motivation to carry on. once i’ve toned up a bit more i’m going to introduce more foods back into my diet because i know what i’m doing at the moment isn’t necessarily the healthiest way to lose weight. i also eat whatever i want on one day a week to kick start my metabolism, i always wake up the day after that feeling positive.
